Safety and Security is a big concern amongst expatriates and travelers living or visiting Nigeria. Let's face it, traveling is stressful enough without having to worry about becoming a crime victim while away from home. That is exactly why we have painstakingly paid great attention to security aspects of our facilities. For your peace of mind, check out our Safety and Security arrangements:

• Burglary-proof ironworks in all windows
• Facility is located within a fenced Housing Estate. Its 12-foot high private communal fencing is equipped with Security Razor-Wire looped around the perimeter atop to serve as intrusion/burglary deterrent
• Solid imported metal exterior doors throughout. All exterior doors are protected with padlocked solid iron gates/doors for added protection and security. Multiple locks in each exterior door. Locked restricted access gate and fully fenced yard gives a reassuring feeling of privacy and security
• Alarm system equipped with Intercom system for communication with estate security personnel
• Security staff are on duty 24 hours a day/7 days a week
• Each townhome is retrofitted with smoke detector alarm for early warning signs of fire and smoke -- all elements that can be very dangerous in fortified housing situations in Nigeria!
• Don't under-estimate or forget the negative health effects of our indigenous mosquitoes. All windows in our facilities are all fitted with mosquito nets to prevent mosquito infiltration (effective only when nets are fully engaged consistently)
• Fully lighted compound
• Generator power backup to combat the rampant power outages in Nigeria
