Communal Services and Amenities…
 For the collective
benefit and convenience of our resident guests, each tenant is mandated to pay
the Communal Services & Amenities Fee. The fee covers provision and maintenance
of the following amenities and facilities:
- Standby Electric Generator with ample capacity
- Diesel Fuel Supply for the standby Electric Generator
- Utilities such as Electricity, Water,
- Swimming pool (fenced for security), with bar, poolside furniture,
changing room and pool toilet & shower.
- Fully equipped Gymnasium with mirrored wall.
- Attractive landscape with inter-locking paved-stones
- Ample parking space for over 20 vehicles
- Water treatment plant.
- Basket ball facilities
- Maintenance of landscaping, Trash management, replacement of light bulbs,
general building maintenance in & out, Plumbing, Pool and Gym facilities, and
Water Treatment facility.
- Security Services – Security guards on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Amenities
All our furnished units have the following amenities at the minimum:
Amenities Kitchen include:
- Refrigerator
- Cook top or Range
- Microwave Oven
- Fully equipped Kitchens with pantry, complete food preparation, cooking,
and servicing utensils; and table service for at lease four settings.
- Cleaning equipment includes brushes & brooms, ironing board and iron, mop,
dustpan, etc.
- Hot and cold water in bathrooms and kitchen
Main Room Furnishings include:
- Full leather chair, loveseat, and sofa in main living room, fabric
furniture in other living areas. Coffee and end-tables are also provided
- Dining table and chairs in dinning room
- Electronics provided include TVs, VCR, DVD player, video game console with
game cards, and 5-speaker home theatre surround system as a minimum.
- Window treatments, bed sheets, towels, etc.
Bedrooms include:
- King size beds, and nightstands
